FACE Skin Caring Shipping & Returns Policy



All orders from FACE Skin Caring are shipped via Australia Post. We will do everything we can to get your order to you promptly provided we have the correct delivery details.

Once you have placed your order you’ll receive an email confirming the address you have provided us with. If there is any error, please advise us ASAP. Your products will be packed and sent out as soon as possible, usually the same day but sometimes the next day. (Please note we do not pack or ship over weekends or public holidays.)

Once your order is with Australia Post it should take from 2-5 days to deliver, depending on where in Australia you order from. (Remote areas can take up to 10-14 days) Please ensure that you have provided the correct delivery details on your order or there may be a delay.

Overseas orders can take much longer and will depend on the delivery option chosen.

If you urgently need express shipping, please contact us, it can be arranged.

If you have any particular or unusual details of your delivery address, please advise us when you order so that we can make sure you receive your order properly.


We only want to see you happy with your FACE Skin Caring products.

If you’re unhappy with your purchase or have ordered something incorrectly, please return the product unopened to our address below. We will gladly refund your order if there’s an error on our part in supplying your order or there is something faulty or wrong with the product we have sent you. We won’t refund your money however if you simply have changed your mind or you decide you no longer wish to use the product.

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and a refund will be processed. Please remember return mail costs are your responsibility.
